This short practical workshop is designed to give staff the confidence and essential skills needed to recognise and respond quickly to anaphylaxis in an emergency. The session is ideal for schools, nurseries, childcare settings, workplaces, and organisations where staff may need to support someone with a severe allergic reaction.

• Practical demonstration of auto-injector devices and practice.
• Positioning and caring for a casualty during an allergic reaction.
• When to call emergency services.
• The importance of monitoring and reassurance until help arrives.
