Who accredits Crystal Clear 1st Aid Trainings First Aid qualifications?
As a responsible employer, you will want to be sure that the selected training provider meets the new requirements of the First Aid Regulations (often referred to as ‘Due Diligence’). If you undertake a regulated First Aid qualification with us, the HSE guidance is clear that any HSE Inspector will accept our courses for the purpose of compliance with the First Aid Regulations. What type of course do I need, and how many First Aiders do I need in my workplace?

How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking in the following ways:-
- Direct using our ‘booking form’ on our web page.
- Email info@crystalclear1staidtraining.co.uk stating the type of course required, course date required and number of places required, or telephone us on 07899033444.
Once a booking has been received you will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 working days with your official confirmation letter (which includes the invoice and directions to our Sheffield training centre). If the course you have requested is full, we will contact you to offer you the next available date…

What do I bring with me to the course?
All delegates must present photographic ID at the start of the course.
The new First Aid qualifications include written assessments (multiple choice papers). Should you require any special arrangements with regards to completing the assessments due to medical issues, please contact Crystal Clear 1st Aid Training to discuss these issues before the day of the course.
As there are practical floor work requirements on all courses, please make sure you wear suitable loose fitting clothing.
The course requires 100% attendance and delegates unable to attend part or the entire course, please contact Crystal Clear 1st Aid Training to make alternative arrangements.
For the Level 3 First Aid At Work Requalification course only, each delegate must bring their latest ‘First Aid At Work’ certificate (issued by a HSE approved training provider). To qualify for this course, this certificate must still be in date, if this is not the case, they are not eligible for this ‘requalification’, and need to attend the initial Level 3 First Aid At Work to regain the qualification.
Lunch is not provided; therefore it is advisable to bring a packed lunch…

The role of the Mental Health First Aider is to support employees in the workplace who are experiencing mental ill health or distress. This support can vary from having a non-judgmental conversation with a colleague, through to guiding them towards the right support.
