We are pleased to announce the new combined Level 3 First Aid At Work and the Level 3 Paediatric First Aid. In only 3 days (instead of the normal 5 days) you can achieve both qualifications. It allows you to meet your statutory requirements. This course fully meets the requirements of OFSTED and Early Years Foundation Stages as well as First Aid at Work. Both qualifications are fully accredited and still valid for 3 years.
Eligibility & Certification
Eligibility: No previous certification is required.
Following changes affecting all First Aid Training providers, people attending our workplace First Aid courses are now both trained and assessed by one expert trainer/assessor whilst the course is progressing and not by using a separate examination at the end. We are based in the Sheffield & Rotherham area, however we area ideally suited to servicing the South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas.

Level 3 First Aid At Work
- Assessing, diagnosing & incident management.
- First Aiders responsibilities.
- Preventing cross infection, recording accidents & incidents

- Choking, anaphylactic shock, chest injuries & asthma.
- Bleeding, shock & hygiene practices.
- Heart attacks & strokes.
- Severe burns & scalds.
- Fractures, sprains & strains.

- Poisoning, epilepsy & diabetes.
Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
- First aid responsibilities / priorities when dealing with emergencies.
- Safety precautions within a childcare environment.
- Dealing with medication/accident forms/calling for an ambulance & first aid boxes.
- Treatment of unconsciousness.
- Child & BabyCPR training.
- Child & Baby Choking.
- Bleeding, shock & hygiene practices.
- Recognising & treating of childhood illness.
- Bites, stings & poisons.
- Burns, scalds & electric shocks.
